BIG BRAND DEPOT – Terms & Conditions (Australia)

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Big Brand Depot. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Our aim is to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth transaction process for all customers.

1. General Terms

All Sales Are Final – All merchandise is sold strictly “as is, where is.” Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted unless expressly stated in writing.
Condition of Goods – All stock is sourced from liquidation, surplus, and overstock inventory. While many items are in brand-new condition, others may contain minor imperfections, open-box packaging, or signs of handling. We make every effort to describe conditions accurately, however variations are inherent to liquidation goods.

2. Reservation Deposit

A refundable AUD $250 deposit is required to reserve pallets, lots, or viewing appointments.
This deposit is fully credited towards your purchase or refunded if the appointment is cancelled with adequate notice.
Deposits prevent no-shows and ensure genuine inquiries only.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, direct bank transfer (EFT), Pay ID and debit cards.
Orders are not considered final until payment has cleared.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Shipping & Handling

Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and freight charges.
Freight costs are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery destination.
Palletised and bulk shipments are delivered via reputable Australian freight carriers and include tracking details.
Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–10 business days within Australia.

5. Signature & Insurance

Signature confirmation is required for all high-value orders.
Optional shipping insurance is available and strongly recommended.
Big Brand Depot is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods where insurance has been declined.

6. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these terms.

7. Product Listings & Assortments

Product lots may include a wide range of categories such as clothing, electronics, homewares, tools, appliances, toys, and seasonal stock.
Clothing pallets may contain a mix of jeans, tops, activewear, dresses, outerwear, and accessories.
Assorted sizes and styles are included in liquidation inventory. Specific requests cannot be guaranteed.

8. Minimum Purchase Requirements

Certain inventory may have minimum order requirements (e.g. 10, 50, or 100 pieces).
These requirements will be stated clearly on the product page.

9. Return Policy (Where Applicable)

In rare cases where returns are authorised:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Goods must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
A restocking fee may apply if items are missing tags, packaging, or show signs of wear.

10. International Orders

At present, we ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available, overseas buyers will be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.

11. Important Notice to Buyers

Liquidation stock may include variations in packaging, labelling, or condition. These are considered standard for surplus and overstock sales.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to:
- Review product descriptions carefully before purchase
- Factor in freight costs and delivery timelines
- Contact our support team for clarification prior to ordering
