Depending on the size and weight of your order, we use Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, Allied Express, or other accredited freight companies for palletised and bulk deliveries.
Every shipment is trackable from dispatch to delivery, so you’ll always know where your order is. For palletised and high-value freight, we provide extra care, including signature on delivery and optional insurance, to give you complete peace of mind.
Our priority is simple: fast, safe, and dependable delivery — straight to your door anywhere in Australia.
We know fast delivery matters — that’s why we work with trusted Australian carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, while regional areas are usually delivered within 5–10 business days. Even in remote locations, we aim to have your order to you within 14 business days.
We’ll send you full tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Our team also keeps an eye on shipments to make sure everything runs smoothly. Rest assured, we do everything we can to get your order to your door safely, quickly, and hassle-free.
At Big Brand Depot, we work hard to keep shipping affordable and fair for all our customers across Australia. In many cases, shipping is already included in the pallet pricing, so there are no hidden surprises at checkout. For other orders, rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
For bulk or palletised deliveries, we partner with trusted Australian freight carriers and are happy to provide a custom freight quote to ensure you’re getting the best possible value. We also negotiate rates with our freight partners so that you pay less than standard retail shipping prices.

While our liquidation and surplus stock is generally sold on a final sale basis, we always encourage you to reach out to our team if you’ve made a genuine mistake with your order. At Big Brand Depot, your satisfaction is our priority. While most of our liquidation and surplus stock arrives in great condition, we understand that sometimes issues can occur.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re protected under the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. For major issues, you can choose a full refund or replacement. For minor issues, we’ll work quickly to repair or replace the item so you’re not left out of pocket.
