At Big Brand Depot, we are committed to ensuring that all liquidation pallets, surplus stock, and wholesale merchandise are delivered securely, efficiently, and on time throughout Australia. Our logistics process is designed to provide a seamless experience from order confirmation through to final delivery.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Accredited freight carriers for palletised and bulk shipments
The shipping method will be determined based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Palletised and bulk shipments are dispatched via freight and include full tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

Delivery is available to all states and territories within Australia.

Standard delivery timeframes are generally 3–10 business days, subject to your location.

Expedited freight services may be available for selected orders. Please contact our support team for a tailored quotation.
Shipping Costs

Freight and shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in pallet pricing (as specified).

Custom freight quotations are available for bulk orders, wholesale shipments, or special delivery requirements.

All applicable taxes, GST, and fees will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched.

Palletised orders shipped via freight will also include a Bill of Lading (BOL) and an estimated delivery schedule.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept freight deliveries at the nominated address.
Restrictions

International shipping is not currently available.

Palletised freight cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical street address must be provided.
Damaged or Missing Items

All orders must be inspected upon delivery.

Any discrepancies, including damaged or missing items, must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of liquidation and surplus stock, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted unless a shipping error has occurred or an issue is covered under the terms outlined above.
